* Within 14 days - New merchandise with Tags & Unworn merchandise may be returned either in person or mailed to us (at purchaser's shipping expense).  
* Returns without a receipt will receive store credit only.
* No return for special ordered items or clearance items.
* No returns on jewelry that has been worn. Jewelry is not indestructible and sometimes due to daily wear stones become loose and therefore the setting should be checked regularly.  Sometimes after years of wear, rings tend to break.  This is not a manufacture defect, just the ring wearing out.                                                                                                                                       * Shipping fees are not refunded.. only the item purchase price.                                                                                                        * Once we ship and item & receive a tracking number it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver it to you.  If the package is lost or stolen, we will do what we can in helping you file a claim.  We cannot refund the purchase price until a claim is completed with the shipping carrier.
